Of quality German manufacture, consisting of an eight pointed multi rayed star in silver, obverse centre appliqu in silver gilt featuring a superposed bust of Simon Bolivar, surrounded by an enameled blue border inscribed by his name, reverse with traditional flat pin assembly, marked by makers cartouche of Godet & Son, measuring 79. 98 mm (w) x 81. 05 mm (h), with minor
