Les Faverelles, Le Nez de Muse Vezelay White, 2023 Wholesale with all its contrasts intact—refinedLes Faverelles is a small organic estate in Vezelay, the far northern outpost of Burgundy run by Patrick and Isabelle, who traded a Paris bookshop for the vines. Le Nez de Muse is their fresh, unoaked Chardonnay, fermented and aged in steel to keep all the cool climate cut and clarity intact. Patrick refuses to chaptalize, so these wines come in light, bright and brisk, true to Vezelay's slow ripening terroir. This is white Burgundy that prizes energy
